Where your team’s time goes
Your staff should be handling vehicles and customers, not stuck repeating the same information over and over.
Routine questions still arrive during vehicle handoffs, cleaning, and damage checks.
Pickup addresses, return instructions, and availability get asked all day.
Customers get a clear answer without waiting for the right bilingual staff member.
Routine requests are automatic. Customers can ask to continue with your team.
How it works
The caller chooses what they need, receives the information, and can continue by chat.
The system answers, even when your team is busy or the office is closed.
The caller chooses what they need from your agency’s prerecorded menu.
Hours, rates, availability, or location arrive by SMS or WhatsApp.
The customer can keep asking questions or request help from your team.
The interaction reaches your customer management system or your team as an internal notification.
Two phases
The evaluation period starts with answers your agency approves. Conversational AI is optional and only added after your policies are documented.
Your agency approves the answers for hours, rates, location, availability, and basic policies.
Add conversational AI only when your policies are documented. Questions outside those policies go to your team.
Once your policies are documented, we configure specialized AI assistants for each type of request — pickup, deposits, lost items, and more — instead of one generic chatbot trying to handle everything.
In practice, routine requests like these are resolved automatically about 80% of the time — the rest are handed to a human, as designed.
See how the system handles four common rental requests.
Customers call when they cannot find the pickup point or the shuttle is delayed.
Approved pickup and shuttle instructions are sent immediately, without interrupting your team.
A customer asks when the deposit will be released while it is still within the documented policy period.
The system reads the approved policy and replies automatically with the exact expected release date.
A customer wants to keep the vehicle longer and needs updated availability and pricing.
The request is collected and handed to a person who can confirm availability and generate the invoice.
A customer sees a charge they do not recognize and needs an account-specific explanation.
The context is logged and the conversation always goes to a person; the system never improvises an answer.
Who is this for?
Best suited to rental businesses where fast communication has a direct impact on bookings and customer experience.
Your evaluation period starts when the messaging line is approved and the system is ready—not during the setup call.
Locations and extensions are counted separately. A location is a physical office; an extension is an individual phone line for a staff member (front desk, manager, etc.). Most agencies need more extensions than locations.
Your first 3 paid months · then $500/month
Your first $300 monthly platform payment is charged on day 11 unless you cancel before the evaluation period ends.
Currently accepting 2 new agencies per month.
The 10 active evaluation days begin only after the business messaging line approval is complete and the automated system is ready to receive real inquiries — not on the activation call. The platform itself has no subscription charge during the evaluation period; call and message usage is billed weekly from activation.
Setup and messaging verification are included at no extra cost. The card on file is used both to activate your evaluation period and to bill weekly call and message usage. Usage charges begin at activation and are separate from the monthly plan fee.
The launch promotion is $300 per month for your first 3 paid months, then $500 per month. The base plan includes 3 locations and 3 extensions; additional locations and extensions cost extra, with custom pricing for agencies with more than 10 locations.
To cancel, contact us at +1 (863) 359-4392 or info@rau.solutions before day 11 of your evaluation period. No subscription charge is made once cancelled.
Calls enter an automated phone menu with prerecorded options defined and approved by your agency. The customer chooses the information they need, and the system sends it by SMS or WhatsApp.
Yes. The workflow can transfer a call, schedule a follow-up, notify your staff, or hand the chat to a person. Manual takeover and VIP routing are configured during setup according to your agency’s approved process. The system handles repetitive inquiries; your team stays in control.
Most deployments are completed within a few days. The messaging approval process can take a few hours to a couple of days, and that waiting time does not use your evaluation period. During active service, calls to your existing business number can usually be forwarded into the approved automated phone menu.
English and Spanish are supported out of the box. Additional languages — including Portuguese and French — can be added on request; this involves extra setup time for recordings and configuration, so mention it during your setup call if you need one.
Every conversation — whether by call or chat — is logged and can be retrieved as a clear record of what was communicated, which is useful evidence if a customer disputes a charge.
The evaluation period starts with a structured automated flow, not a conversational AI chatbot. This keeps every answer controlled, predictable, and aligned with the information approved by your agency.
Without clear written policies, an AI chatbot can provide an answer or promise a condition your agency does not honor. A fixed flow is safer, faster to launch, and less expensive to maintain. Conversational AI becomes an optional second phase once your policies are documented.
Phase 1 responds only with approved information and never improvises. In the optional AI phase, questions outside your documented rental requirements, pick-up instructions, return policies, or FAQs are automatically handed to a human agent.
